This yields high-purity recovered aluminum ingots or sows directly on-site, significantly reducing oxidation losses compared to traditional cooling and manual methods. Post-processing, the residual dross (black dross or salt cake) is rapidly cooled using our specialized dross cooling machine, which lowers temperature to ambient levels in a short cycle, preventing secondary oxidation and facilitating safe downstream handling. The cooled dross undergoes further treatment via ball mill and sieving systems, enabling classification into different grades for secondary recovery or valorization, such as extraction of residual aluminum fines or non-metallic residues for industrial reuse.
