Chemical pumps are widely used to convey acid, alkali, salt etc.

corrosive solution.

Fluoroplastic pump is used to convey sulfuric acid and has the economic cost.

Polypropylene and fluoroplastic pumps are suitable to convey hydrochloric acid.

Fluoroplastic pump and titanium alloy pump is suitable to convey nitric acid.

Stainless steel pump and fluoroplastic pump is suitable to convey acetic acid.

Stainless steel and plastic pump can be used to convey alkali such as sodium
hydroxide.

Stainless steel SS316 pump and bronze centrifugal pump is suitable to convey sea
water or brine etc.

High temperature liquids pumping usually need the pumps equipped with cooling
devices.

When the liquid below 120 degree Celsius is conveyed, the pump is lubricated and
cooled by the pumped liquids.

CZ and IH Stainless steel chemical centrifugal pumps adopt suspension structure and
the pumped liquids can be up 160 degree Celsius.

IHF fluoroplastic liner pump can pump the liquid up to 200 degree Celsius.

When the liquid at the temperature ranges from 120 degree Celsius to 300 degree
Celsius is pumped, the pump cover should have cooling chamber and seal should also
have cooling liquid with double end faces mechanical seal.

CQB-G high temperature magnetic pump can pump the liquids below 280 degree Celsius.

For the high temperature medium above 300℃, not only the pump head part needs to
be cooled, but also the suspension bearing room should be provided with a cooling
system.

The pump structure is generally in the form of center support, and the mechanical
seal is best to use metal bellows type.
