Cross Country Scissor Type Aerial Work Platform

Introduction: The characteristics of this high-altitude lifting platform are

(1)Security certification

(2)Walk when working at heights
GTJZ mobile aerial lift has the function of automatic walking. It can walk
fast and slowly under different working conditions. Only one person can operate
the machine to continuously complete lifting, advancing, retreating, steering
and other actions when working at heights.
Compared with traditional hydraulic platforms, scissor platform lift greatly
improves the working efficiency, reduces the number of operators and labor
intensity.
 
(3)Security protection
A level alarm is installed on the machine. When the vehicle inclines more than
3 degrees in all directions, elevating work platforms lift will automatically
enter the protection system. Only the machine is allowed to descend, and can be
used normally after it reaches a safe state. GTJZ scissor work platform is
equipped with oil pipe explosion-proof system at each oil cylinder.
 
(4)Stepless speed change
GTJZ mobile elevated platform only needs one person to operate, all actions
are controlled by operating handle on the workbench, and the motor is
infinitely variable. The service life of the battery and the motor is
effectively extended, and the motor only consumes energy during operation.
The walking hydraulic system adopts a closed variable pump control system,
which effectively provides system efficiency. When the boom is in any position,
the scissor work platform can walk safely; The walking speed decreases with the
increase of lifting height.
 
(5)Control system
●The upper and lower consoles (ground console and platform console) are set,
and the upper and lower consoles are switched by reversing switch. Lock the
lower console when the upper control is used.
●The platform is equipped with a foot switch, which can only be operated by
stepping down.
●The upper and lower consoles are equipped with emergency stop buttons, which
can enable the operator to quickly cut off all actions and prevent the platform
from continuing to move in case of unexpected operation.
 
(6)Disc brake system
GTJZ EWP scissor lift adopts a hydraulic disc brake system. When the machine
is stopped, the wheels are always in the braking state and can be reliably
braked on a 6 degree slope.
 
(7)Extension platform
The mobile boom lift can be moved out, expanding the scope of work and
meeting the special needs of some users.
 
(8)Overload protection
