CWB series magnetic vortex pump is the use of permanent magnet magnetic
transmission to realize non-contact transmission of torque as a new type of pump.
The motor drives the outer rotor (that is, the outer magnetic steel) assembly
rotates, through the role of magnetic field lines through the drive of sleeve
inside the rotor (that is, the magnet steel) assembly and synchronous rotating with
impeller, because the media is closed into the isolation sleeve inside, In order
to achieve the purpose of no leakage pumping medium, and the main impeller is a
thick disk, there are many radial small blades on both sides of its outer edge. In
the pump case corresponding to the blade has a first section of the annular flow
channel, the whole flow channel is divided into two sides by a pump cover,
respectively, and the pump suction, discharge pipeline connection. When the liquid
in the impeller rotates with a certain centrifugal force, it is thrown outward into
the annular flow channel in the pump case, and is forced to return under the
restriction of the flow channel shape, and re-enters the other blade channel behind
the blade root. Therefore, the motion trace of the liquid between the blade and
the annular flow channel is a forward spiral for the stationary pump case. And for
the rotating impeller is a kind of receding spiral.

Vortex pump is named because of the liquid vortex movement. The liquid can enter
between the blades several times in a row to get energy until it is finally
discharged from the exhaust outlet. The vortex pump works like a multistage
centrifugal pump, but the vortex pump has no energy conversion device like the
volute or guide vane of the centrifugal pump. Vortex pump is mainly through many
times of continuous work to transfer energy to the liquid, so it can produce higher
pressure. In the process of energy transfer, due to the multiple impacts of
liquid, the energy loss is large, and the pump efficiency is low, generally 20 to
50%
