DEHYDRATED WHITE ONION FLAKES

Our Dehydrated White Onion Flakes are produced from carefully selected
fresh white onions and processed under strict hygienic and quality-
controlled conditions.


The dehydration process preserves the natural onion flavour, aroma, and
colour while ensuring long shelf life and consistent performance in food
applications.

The flakes are uniform in size, free from foreign matter, and suitable for
industrial food processing and seasoning formulations.

Cut Size: 5–8 mm (other sizes on request)

Colour: Creamy white to off-white

Moisture: ≤ 4.5%

SO₂: Natural (non-SO₂) or low SO₂ as per requirement

Shelf Life: Up to 18 months under recommended storage conditions
