DEHYDRATED PINK ONION FLAKES:

Our Dehydrated Pink Onion Flakes are manufactured from carefully selected
fresh pink onions and processed under controlled hygienic conditions to
preserve their natural flavour, aroma, and characteristic colour. The
dehydration process ensures extended shelf life while maintaining
consistent quality for food manufacturing applications.

The flakes are uniform in size, free from foreign matter, and suitable for
use in industrial food processing where balanced flavour and visual appeal
are required.



PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:

Cut Size: 5–8 mm (other sizes available on request)

Colour: Light pink to pale reddish flakes

Moisture: ≤ 4.5%

SO₂: Natural (non-SO₂) or low SO₂ as per requirement

Shelf Life: Up to 18 months under recommended storage conditions
