double convex lens

double convex lenses comprise two convex spherical surfaces, generally with the same radius of curvature. Bi convex lenses are used as magnifiers, condensing lenses and objectives. We produce bi convex lenses with two surfaces highly polished. Applying anti reflective coating on the surfaces of bi convex lenses greatly improve its optical performance and transmission. The AR coating is available from us, including MgF2 single layer AR coating and broad band AR coating for visible, UV and infrared wavelengths. Laser standard AR coating is available from us too.
