Fiberglass centrifugal pumps are corrosion-resistant pumps where the liquid-contact
components, such as the impeller and volute (pump casing), are made of fiberglass-
reinforced resin. They include S-type horizontal direct-coupled, FS-type horizontal
shaft coupling type, SL-type vertical centrifugal type, and FSY-type submersible
models, as well as SZ self-priming types. These pumps are primarily used in
industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, dyes, printing and dyeing,
pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rare earths, and leather. The fiberglass centrifugal
pump is designed for handling various non-oxidizing corrosive media (e.g.,
hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid)
that contain no solid particles, are not prone to crystallization, and have
temperatures not exceeding 100°C.
Product Features
The fiberglass pump features excellent properties such as lightweight, high
strength, deformation resistance, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
It can partially replace precious metals like aluminum-containing stainless steel,
titanium, and titanium alloys in corrosion prevention applications.
Shaft seal: adopts the WB2 external-mounted F4 bellows mechanical seal, featuring
reliable sealing performance and a long service life.
The transmission and rotation direction of the pump: The pump is directly driven by
the motor via a claw-type elastic coupling, and it rotates clockwise when viewed
from the motor end.
