FP RPP polypropylene centrifugal transfer chemical pump

FP reinforced polypropylene centrifugal pump is a corrosion-resistant plastic
centrifugal pump molded from reinforced polypropylene (CFR-PP/RPP) in a single
injection process. It is primarily used for conveying corrosive liquids such as
acids, alkalis, and salts, featuring a compact size, lightweight design, corrosion
resistance, and easy maintenance
Material: The pump body is made of reinforced polypropylene (CFR-PP or RPP), with
some components available in modified ABS, ensuring no contact between the medium
and metal
Structural form: Single suction direct drive plastic centrifugal pump, with the
pump shaft and impeller synchronously injection-molded, equipped with mechanical
seals
Applicable Temperature: The general operating temperature range is from -14°C to
80°C
Primary Use: Transporting corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, dilute
sulfuric acid, concentrated acids, alkali solutions, and salt solutions.
Application Industries: Chemical, Food, Pharmaceutical, Electroplating,
Papermaking, Environmental Protection, Water Treatment, Brewing, Metallurgy,
Chemical Fiber, Marine Aquaculture, etc.
The conveyed liquid shall be free of sediment, particles, and long fiber materials.
An additional motor is required when the medium's specific gravity exceeds
1.2kg/cm3.
