The whole vehicle electrical training platform adopts the physical object of

1. Real and operable vehicle electrical system, fully display the composition

Turn on the power supply, operate various electrical switches and buttons on
the teach board, and truly demonstrate the working process of various systems
of automotive electrical appliances such as automobile engine electronic
control system, instrument system, lighting system, wiper system, horn system,
ignition system, power window system, electric door lock, audio system,
starting system and charging system.
2. The equipment panel adopts high-grade aluminum-plastic panel with resistance
to impact, pollution, fire and moisture, and the surface is treated by special
process spraying primer; The panel is printed with a color circuit diagram that
never fades; Students can intuitively compare circuit diagrams and physical
objects to understand and analyze the working principle of each system of
automobile electrical appliances.
3. The detection terminal is installed on the panel of the teaching board,
which can directly detect the electrical signals of the circuit components of
each system of the automobile electrical appliance on the panel, such as
resistance, voltage, current, frequency signal, etc.
4. The equipment panel is equipped with a diagnostic seat, which can be
connected to a special or general-purpose automotive decoder to perform ECU
code query, read fault code, clear fault code, read data flow, perform
component testing, parameter setting, waveform analysis, key matching and other
self-diagnosis functions for engine control unit, instrument cluster, comfort
system unit, etc.
5. The panel part of the equipment adopts the panel part of the 1.5mm cold
plate stamping forming structure, which has a beautiful appearance; the bottom
frame part adopts steel structure welding, and the surface adopts spraying
