G Screw pump for molasses

G-type screw pump is a new type of pump that operates on the principle of rotary
meshing volumetric action. The main working components of the pump are the
eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed liner (stator), which form a continuous
sealed cavity with their special geometric shapes, achieving uniform axial
transport of the medium. Its characteristics are strong adaptability to media,
capable of transporting high viscosity fluids and media containing hard particles
or fibers, with stable flow rate, small pressure fluctuations, and high self-
priming ability. The typical technical parameter range is flow rate 0-150m ³/h,
head 60-240m, and working temperature can usually reach 120 ℃. Driving motor can
be normal motor, explosion-proof motor, variable frequency motor, gear reducer,
stepless speed regulation, electromagnetic reducer etc.
G-type screw pump has a wide range of applications, suitable for fields such as
environmental protection, shipbuilding, petroleum, pharmaceuticals and daily
