2、 Purpose:
ACE pumps can be used for various fluid media, such as lubricating oil, fuel,
vegetable oil, hydraulic oil, as well as other hydraulic fluids, ethylene glycol,
polymers, emulsions, and any non corrosive fluid with certain lubricating
properties.
3、 Application:
Lubrication of diesel engines, gears, gas/steam turbines, hydraulic turbines, paper
machines, etc.
Cooling and filtering of large machinery and hydraulic systems, pumping transformer
insulation oil into transformers.
Transport by barge on ships, oil plants, refineries, and oil tank yards.
Provide fuel supply for diesel engines.

3. Pressure relief valve
The pump is equipped with a pressure relief safety valve with an internal circuit
to prevent excessive pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the pump
when the outlet pipe is blocked, in order to protect the pump. This valve can be
adjusted to different opening pressures. The limit value of the pressure relief
safety valve can be set at the factory and adjusted during installation
The maximum back pressure depends on factors such as pump size, speed, and fluid
viscosity, and generally does not exceed 4 bar. Based on this characteristic of the
valve, it can be used as a pressure regulating valve in situations where pressure
regulation requirements are not very strict. The maximum pressure setting is 16
bar.

The ACE pump is designed to be connected to the motor through an elastic coupling.

10. Installation
The ACE pump is connected to the motor through flanges and elastic couplings, and
