G-type thick slurry pump is essentially a type of single-screw pump, specifically
designed to transport viscous media containing solid particles or fibers, such as
sludge, sauces, and glue. This pump operates by the meshing of the screw and liner
to create volumetric changes for material propulsion, delivering stable flow rates
and strong self-priming capabilities.
The core of the G-type thick slurry pump consists of an eccentric screw (rotor) and
a fixed liner (stator), which mesh together to form sealed chambers. When the motor
drives the screw to rotate, the screw simultaneously spins around its own axis and
rolls along the inner surface of the liner, creating continuous sealed chambers
that evenly push the medium from the suction end to the discharge end. Due to the
low internal flow velocity and constant volume, no eddies or agitation occur during
transportation, ensuring the material remains undamaged.
This pump is particularly adept at handling high-viscosity fluids and media
containing solid particles, capable of processing materials that are generally
difficult for other pump types to manage. Common application scenarios include
wastewater treatment (sludge and turbid water conveyance), food industry (jam,
syrup, honey), chemical industry (suspensions, colloidal slurries), papermaking
(pulp, ink), and construction (cement mortar, coatings). The working temperature
typically reaches below 80°C, with special requirements extending up to 150°C.

content, and working pressure. Flow is directly proportional to speed and can be
adjusted via a variable-speed motor or gearbox. In terms of material, options
include cast iron and stainless steel. Components in contact with the medium are
typically made of 304 or 316L stainless steel for better corrosion resistanced 60
meters.
