Gabion Net

In modern civil engineering and landscape architecture, Gabion net and Gabion
Walls have become one of the most practical and sustainable structural
solutions. Thanks to their high strength, excellent corrosion resistance,
flexible structure, and simple installation, gabion systems are widely used in
river regulation, slope protection, retaining walls, landscaping,
infrastructure projects, and environmental engineering.
A Gabion Box is a rectangular or cubic cage structure mechanically woven
from low-carbon steel wire, or steel wire coated with galvanized zinc or PVC.
After assembly, the box is filled with natural stones, gravel, or crushed rock
to form a strong, permeable, and flexible structure.
According to ASTM and EN standards, gabion boxes are manufactured with strict
quality control on:
Wire diameter
Tensile strength
Zinc coating weight
Twisting length
Edge wire reinforcement
This ensures long-term performance even in harsh outdoor environments.
