The pre-galvanized steel pipe is a kind of ERW steel pipe. The processing
process is the same as that of the ERW steel pipe, except that the raw material
is galvanized steel coil. The weld will be repaired with zinc again, so there
is no obvious weld on the surface, which is more beautiful. It is not only the
zinc layer that determines the life of the pre-galvanized steel pipe, but also
the passivation solution. After forming, soaking in high-quality passivation
solution can extend the life of the pre-galvanized steel pipe.
