GB Mechanical diaphragm dosing pump
GB series mechanical diaphragm metering pumps are designed for precise dosing of corrosive and high-viscosity media in industries such as water treatment, chemicals, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage. Featuring mechanically driven diaphragms and a variable eccentric mechanism, these pumps ensure smooth pulsation-free and leak-free transportation. Pump head materials are available in options like PVC, PVDF, and 316 stainless steel. Model: GB Series Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pump Flow rate range: 240—1800 L/H Maximum pressure: 1.0 MPa Diaphragm material: PTFE (flow-through end face) Pump head material: PVC, PVDF (PTFE), 304, 316 (options: duplex steel, Alloy C-276, 904, titanium, zirconium, etc.) Motor: 380V, 3PH, 50HZ (Options: 110-480V, Single-phase, 60HZ, Variable Frequency/Explosion-proof/Explosion-proof Variable Frequency, etc.) Technical Features of Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pumps Sealed and leak-free. The static sealing of the hydraulic end diaphragm replaces the dynamic sealing of the piston, ensuring absolutely no leakage during medium transportation. In addition to clean water, it is more suitable for conveying flammable and explosive, highly toxic, malodorous, and radioactive media. Structurally, it is simpler than a hydraulic diaphragm pump but more complex than a plunger pump. It can be equipped with a digital controller for metering pumps, enabling digitalization and achieving both local and remote control. The diaphragm is formed by pressing a five-layer composite structure (the first layer is a highly ductile acid-resistant film, the second layer is elastic rubber, the third layer is a supporting iron core, the fourth layer is reinforced nylon fiber fabric, and the fifth layer is elastic rubber that fully encapsulates it), effectively enhancing the diaphragm's service life. A stainless steel reinforcement plate is added behind the diaphragm to enhance its service life. The discharge pressure is generally below 1.0 MPa, with a relatively wide flow range. The metering accuracy is lower than that of plunger pumps and hydraulic diaphragm pumps, and the flow rate can vary by up to 10% as the pressure increases. The mechanical dual diaphragm design is optional, featuring diaphragm alarm detection. Advantages of Mechanical Diaphragm Pumps diaphragm The flow-end material is PTFE, meeting corrosion resistance requirements. The diaphragm features a five-layer composite structure, effectively enhancing its service life. Transmission components Turbine: Alloy copper, high cost, with wear resistance 4.5 times that of ordinary copper materials. Worm gear: made of alloy steel, heat-treated for high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and long service life. Manufacturing: The primary transmission components are processed by precision hobbing machines and worm grinding, with automatic inspection by a CNC gear testing center, ensuring high transmission efficiency and low noise.
