Centrifugal Condensate water pump is a special type of centrifugal pump designed
for transporting high-temperature condensate water (such as turbine condensate
water); The core difference between the two lies in their adaptability to working
conditions, structural materials, and sealing design, rather than their working
principles.

Different uses: Ordinary centrifugal pumps are used for general liquids (water,
oil, chemical media, etc.

); Condensed centrifugal water pumps are specialized for high-temperature (usually
80-120 ℃), clean, low-pressure condensed water or saturated water, commonly used
in power plants and heating systems.

Structural strengthening: Condenser pumps are often made of heat-resistant
materials (such as cast steel and stainless steel), and the design of the suction
chamber is optimized (such as raising the suction port and installing a suction
valve) to enhance their anti cavitation ability; The structure of ordinary
centrifugal pumps is more universal, and the material depends on the medium (such
as cast iron, carbon steel).

Sealing and bearings: Condenser pumps are often equipped with packing seals or
mechanical seals+cooling water flushing to cope with high temperature and low
cavitation allowance conditions; There are various sealing forms for ordinary
centrifugal pumps, but high temperature/low NPSH optimization is not necessary.

Installation requirements: The condenser pump has higher requirements for shaft
alignment accuracy (≤ 0.1mm) and pipeline support, as it is often directly
connected to the turbine and sensitive to vibration; The installation standards for
ordinary centrifugal pumps are relatively loose.

Classification: Condensed centrifugal water pumps belong to the subcategory of
centrifugal pumps, which can be single-stage or multi-stage according to the number
of impeller stages.

However, "condensing pumps" do not constitute an independent working principle
classification - all condensing pumps are based on centrifugal force infusion.
