globulin in bovine serum, which contains 607 amino acid residues and has been
widely used in biochemical experiments. Bovine serum albumin is generally
used as a stabilizer in the preservation solution and reaction solution of
restriction enzyme or modified enzyme, which can stabilize enzyme activity
and prevent enzyme decomposition and nonspecific adsorption.
