Product Overview
This product is a high-quality C70600 copper-nickel alloy seamless pipe,
corresponding to Chinese grade BFe10-1-1 (B10 iron cupronickel). It can be
manufactured in accordance with international standards such as ASTM B111, ASTM
B466, and ASTM B122. Certifications from major classification societies,
including CCS, ABS, DNV, LR, BV, and others, can be provided upon customer
request.
The alloy uses copper as the base metal and contains 9%-11% nickel, 1.0%-1.5%
iron, and an appropriate amount of manganese, forming a stable single-phase
solid-solution microstructure. Nickel significantly improves corrosion
resistance and strength; iron effectively enhances resistance to erosion
corrosion caused by flowing seawater; and manganese further improves processing
performance and corrosion resistance.
