The hardening heat treatment furnace is a kind of periodic working machine,
mainly used in heating treatment of small metal workpieces, chemical analysis,
thermocouple checking, grinding wheel sintering, diamond sintering, smelting or
purifying of the rare and precious metals and other scientific experiments. Our
machines can be applied in universities and colleges, scientific research
institutes, mining enterprises, quality and technology supervision agencies,

The electric heating chamber aluminum aging furnace is made by welding high-
quality cold-rolled plates. The hearth is made of highly heat-resistance
materials, such as refractory brick, Mullite brick or ceramic fiber. The
heating parts consist of high-temperature resistance wire, silicon carbide rod
or MoSi2 rod. We use lightweight bricks or silicon wool felt as insulation
materials, and the surface is covered by high-temperature paint.

Our box type multipurpose furnace uses PID smart meters to control the
temperature, and use high precision thermocouple to ensure the accuracy of
temperature adjustment, so we can provide more reliable data for the lab
