type hot water circulation pump is a single-stage single suction and two-stage
single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, suitable for metallurgy, power plants,
plastics, rubber, textile, chemical, wood and paper industries, etc. It transports
hot water with the temperature below 250 ℃ and does not contain solid particles.
It is also an ideal pump for transporting circulating hot water in various heating
devices. R-type hot water centrifugal pump is mainly composed of a pump body,
impeller, shaft, cooling chamber, pump body bracket, suspension frame, sealing
components, sealing ring, etc. The pump inlet is horizontally axial and the outlet
is vertically upward. The impeller has undergone static balance verification and is
fixed on the shaft with impeller nuts and shaft sleeves. The pump shaft is
supported on the suspension frame by a pair of single row radial thrust ball
bearings and a single row radial ball bearing (or single row radial cylindrical
roller bearing). The pump body is connected to the cooling chamber and suspension
frame with bolts. The pump is directly driven by the motor through an elastic
coupling. From the transmission end, the pump rotates clockwise. The pump is sealed
with a floating sealing ring or a high-temperature and high-pressure mechanical
seal; The axial force of the pump is borne by a single row radial thrust ball
bearing, and some pumps use impellers with back blades to balance the axial thrust;
The floating ring sealing components and suspension frame components are both
equipped with cooling chambers, with an external cooling water volume of 0.3-
0.6m3/h. According to the temperature and pressure of the conveying medium, the
materials of the pump flow components are divided into three categories Ductile
iron, non-corrosive-resistance, conveying medium temperature is not higher than 150
degree celsius, working pressure is not more than 2MPa Cast steel, non-corrosion-
resistant, conveying medium temperature is no higher than 207 degrees Celsius,
working pressure is not more than 4MPa Cast stainless steel, corrosion-resistant,
conveying medium temperature is no higher than 250 degree Celsius, working pressure
is not more than 5MPa.
