HTB-ZX-U Self priming chemical pump

HTB-ZX-U Series anti-corrosion engineering plastic self-priming pump is horizontal
single-stage single-suction cantilever self-priming pump.

The pump adopts vacuum pump principle to have the self priming performance.

The flow parts for the pumps are made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight
polyethylene (uhmwpe) with excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

The pump is suitable to pump clear liquid or corrosive medium containing a small
number of particles.

Compared with other self-priming pumps, this pump has the following significant
advantages: This pump adopts vacuum pump principle to complete the process of self-
priming with excellent self-priming performance.

The pump does not need to be equipped with cushion valve and air control valve and
there is no traditional self-priming pump backflow hole.

Therefore, it will not happen because backflow hole is clogging for self-priming
performance.

The pump adopts horizontal cantilever back pull structure.

Pump body is composed of liquid storage chamber, vortex chamber, air and water
separation chamber for three parts.

The pump has a novel structure, compact, beautiful and generous, convenient
maintenance, reliable operation, strong and durable characteristics.

The pump is equipped with Y4 type of hard to hard mechanical seal.

The seal is not only more reliable, longer service life and because it uses the
closed cooling structure of the assembly, the seal will not produce acid fog to
further protect the environment.

The pump is especially suitable to pump the corrosive medium with particles.

The pump can be equipped with liquid level control device to achieve automatic
control for convenient operation.
