Other terms

1. Installation and debugging

1) The price covers the pre-commissioning of the machinery before shipment at
Seller's site. The Seller is obliged to test the performance of machinery.

2) The Buyer is obliged to provide suitable space, tools and manpower for the
commissioning of the order.

3) This Price does not included commission and installation in buyer’s
factory.

2. Time of delivery

When the contract becomes valid, the machine should be delivered within 60 days
since receipt of the advance payment. And the equipment will be in normal operation
after debugging within two weeks after arrival.
