How To Make:
1. The ratio of Flamingo Ice Cream Powder to ice water is 1:2, for example
500gr ice cream powder 1000ml ice water.
2. Put 500gr of flamingo ice cream powder into a basin.
3. Add 100ml ice water and then mix at high speed for 5-7 minutes.
4. Mix the dough on high speed until the dough thickens/expands.
5. Put the finished dough into the freezer 5-7hrs
6. Ice cream is ready to serve

Note:
1. Water must use ice water not plain water
2. Dimixer must be at high speed
3. The basin container uses stainless material, for maximum results.
