IHF corrosion resistant chemical pump for acid unloading

IHF-type fluoroplastic centrifugal pump, commonly known as a dilute acid
circulation pump, dilute acid pump, acid-base circulation pump, or fluorine-lined
pump, is a single-stage cantilever centrifugal pump primarily used for conveying
highly corrosive media. The pump body features a metal outer shell lined with
polytetrafluoroethylene (F46), while the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are
formed through integral sintering and compression molding with metal inserts
surrounded by fluoroplastic. The axial seal employs an external bellows mechanical
seal, with the stationary ring made of 99.9% alumina ceramic or silicon
carbide/silicon nitride, and the rotating ring constructed from PTFE-filled
material or silicon carbide.
The pump has a flow rate range of 6.3 to 400 m³/h, a head of 5 to 132 m, a speed of
2900/1450 r/min, an applicable temperature range of -85°C to 200°C, a power range
of 0.55 to 110 kW, an inlet diameter of 50 to 200 mm, and a maximum working
pressure of 1.6 MPa. It can transport highly corrosive media such as sulfuric acid,
hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, strong
alkalis, strong oxidizers, organic solvents, and reducing agents in any
concentration. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical,
petroleum, metallurgy, power, electroplating, pickling, pesticides, papermaking,
food, and textiles. It is suitable for acid pickling and spray painting processes
in automotive manufacturing, electrolyte transportation in non-ferrous metal
smelting, as well as processes like chlorine water, wastewater treatment, and acid
addition in ion membrane caustic soda projects.
The pump body structure features corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high-
temperature resistance, with reliable mechanical sealing performance. Some models
employ a short bracket direct-drive or rear-opening design for easy maintenance.
The medium flow path components can also be made of materials such as PVDF, with
fluoroplastic materials including PTFE, FEP, and PFA
