IS Clear /clean Water Centrifugal Pump
IS type centrifugal pump is a single-stage, single-suction, axial suction
centrifugal pump suitable for conveying clean water and liquids with similar
physicochemical properties at temperatures below 80°C. It complies with the
GB5662-85 national standard and ISO2858 international standard, and is widely used
in urban water supply and drainage, agricultural irrigation and drainage,
industrial pressure boosting, and HVAC circulation systems.
The pump adopts a rear-opening structural design, eliminating the need to
disassemble pipelines and motors during maintenance. The main structure includes
the pump body, pump cover, impeller, sealing ring, shaft sleeve, and suspension
bearing components. Axial sealing options include soft packing, mechanical seals,
and rubber oil seals, with materials available in cast iron or stainless steel. The
basic model series comprises 29 variants, expandable to 153 performance levels
through speed adjustment and impeller cutting. It covers a diameter range of DN50-
200, with flow rates reaching 3.8-660m³/h and head ranging from 7-125m, though the
matching power range remains unspecified. Special models such as ISWR support hot
water transportation below 105°C, while IS horizontal chemical pumps can handle
corrosive liquids at temperatures from -20°C to 120°C
Scope of application
IS-type pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage,
pressurized water delivery in high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire
protection pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycles,
bathroom cold and hot water circulation pressurization, and equipment matching,
with a usage temperature of T≤80℃.
2. IS horizontal hot water pump is widely applicable to: metallurgy, chemical
industry, textile, papermaking, as well as boiler hot water pressurization,
circulation, and urban heating systems. The ISWR type has a maximum operating
temperature of T≤120°C.
3. IS horizontal chemical pump, designed for conveying liquids without solid
particles, corrosive in nature, and with viscosity similar to water. It is suitable
for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food
and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with an operating temperature range of
-20°C to +120°C.
