The IS pump is a single-stage, single-suction horizontal centrifugal pump compliant
with ISO standards, primarily used for conveying clean water or similar liquids.
Basic Definition: The IS pump, full name IS type single-stage single-suction
centrifugal pump, is an energy-saving pump manufactured according to the national
joint design standard, replacing the outdated BA type and B type pumps.
Primary Uses: Widely used in industrial and urban water supply and drainage,
agricultural irrigation and drainage, as well as in fire protection pressurization,
garden sprinkler irrigation, and other scenarios.
Structural Features: Designed with a "rear-opening" mechanism, allowing easy rotor
removal by disassembling the coupling without the need to dismantle pipelines or
motors during maintenance, ensuring convenient servicing.
Usage Limitations: Typically suitable for pumping clean water with a temperature
not exceeding 80°C. For high-temperature or corrosive liquids, the IR-type hot
water pump or derivative models such as chemical pumps should be selected.
