N Condensate pump

condensate pump is an industrial device used in thermal power plants to transport
condensate and other similar liquids. It belongs to the horizontal centrifugal pump
category, featuring single-stage, two-stage, and inducer wheel configurations. The
flow components are made of cast steel or stainless steel, and the driving method
is electric motor.
N-type condensate pump has a flow rate range of 5-137 m³/h and a head range of 22-
170 m. Models such as 100N130 and 150N110 can achieve water drainage via cooling
water. It features a soft packing seal and a cantilever bracket bearing structure,
with operating temperatures categorized into two scenarios: 120°C (for condensate
water) and 80°C (for steam condensate). This pump is suitable for steam turbine
generator units ranging from 750 to 3000 kW. During installation, it is essential
to ensure independent pipeline support and maintain an alignment error of ≤0.1 mm
between the pump shaft and motor shaft. Some power plants employ variable frequency
speed regulation technology to adjust flow rates, thereby reducing energy
consumption and improving operational efficiency.

while other pumps are limited to a maximum temperature of 80°C.
