Application characteristics
Nucleating agent TMY -4A is suitable for polyolefin, such as polypropylene
(PP), polyethylene (PE). TMY-4A is a very efficient HDPE nucleating agent,
which can increase the peak crystallization temperature of resin and accelerate
the curing speed of resin, change the crystallization orientation of resin and
improve the barrier property, improve the dimensional stability of products and
greatly improve the production efficiency. It is mainly used in colored PE
bottle caps, corks, packaging containers, films and food contact materials.
TMY-4A can endow PP with excellent physical properties, and its products have
unique, bidirectional balanced rigidity and excellent impact resistance, which
can meet various harsh application requirements. TMY-4A can improve PP
processing rate and production, improve dimensional stability, improve hardness
and impact strength, reduce shrinkage deformation and improve HDT performance.
What needs to be pointed out in particular is that the TMY-4A can improve the
processing rate efficiently, shorten the forming period greatly, especially for
the glass fiber enhancement PP. It is mainly used in automobile industry, home
appliance shell,tools & instrument, pipe forming and packing & bottle cap,
etc.

Health safety
This material is tested in mice by mouth LD50 and is above 5000 mg/kg.bw. It
has very low odor, avoid dust formation in operation and keep away from fire.
 
Storage
It should be stored in dry and ventilated place.
