PanGAP wide gap welded plate heat exchanger

PanGAP wide gap welded plate heat exchanger consists of a welded plate pack
with different channel gap available and a frame to reinforce the strength with
various configurations, sizes, and geometries to suit almost any process
requirements. It is technologically advanced, compact and efficient with
channel gap from 5mm to 24mm. It can also be designed with both sides
accessible for easy cleaning by hydro-blasting or water lancing.
Wide gap plate heat exchanger is a specialized type of plate heat exchanger
designed with enlarged flow channels to handle fluids containing fibers,
solids, or high viscosity. Unlike traditional plate heat exchangers, the wide
gap structure minimizes clogging and enables efficient heat transfer even under
challenging process conditions.
