PBG shielded pipeline pump
PBG shielded pipeline pump adopts the shield technology of motor in the field of
fluid transportation. PBG shielded pipeline pump series performance parameters
basically conform to the international standard IS02858 and the national standard
JB/ t6878.2-93. PGB shielded pipeline pump is an ideal pump to replace the
conventional horizontal centrifugal pump and vertical pipeline pump.
PGB shielded pipeline pump has the characteristics of reasonable structure, stable
performance, low noise and no vibration in operation.
Performance range: flow rate of 6.3 ~ 1080m3/h,
head of 12.5 ~ 125m,
matched motor power of 0.37 ~ 160kW,
rotation speed of 1450r/min and 2900r/min.
PBG shielded pipeline pump features
1, compact pump structure, integration of machine and pump, small volume. Its
vertical structure has small floor space for installation, smooth operation,
installation without adjustment.
2. The inlet and outlet of the pump are designed with the same flange
specifications and are located on the same center line, which can be directly
installed on the pipeline like a valve, and the center is low, which is convenient
for pipe layout and installation
3, the pump and the motor is coaxial and axial size is short so that the pump
operation is more stable with low noise.
4. The traditional shaft sealing method is cancelled to avoid the leakage of
conveying medium, so it has the remarkable characteristic of complete non-leakage.
5, replace the conventional motor rolling bearing with sliding bearing, so that the
pump has a particularly smooth operation, vibration noise is very low.
6. Easy installation and maintenance. No need to remove the piping system.
7. Serial and parallel operation of the pump can be carried out according to the
requirements of flow rate and head.
PBG shielded pipeline pump application:
(1) PBG shielding type pipeline pump (ordinary type) is used for conveying clean
water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean
water. Medium temperature does not exceed 80℃. It is suitable for industrial and
urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply in high-rise buildings,
sprinkler irrigation in gardens, pressurized fire fighting, long-distance
transportation, heating and ventilation refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other
cooling and warm water cycle pressurization and supporting equipment. The pump is
especially suitable for vibration, noise requirements of the occasion, such as
underground pumping room, air conditioning refrigeration system.
(2) PBG type shielded pipe pump (hot water type )is mainly used for conveying soft
water whose temperature does not exceed 160℃ and liquid does not contain solid
particles.
(3) PBG shielding type pipeline pump (anticorrosive type) is used to transport
corrosive liquids which does not contain solid particles. The pump is suitable for
petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, paper, food, pharmaceutical and
synthetic fiber sectors.
