Perforated Sheet Mesh

ZhongPu Wire Mesh Co., Ltd. offers Perforated Sheet products engineered for
filtration, screening, ventilation, noise control, safety guarding, and
architectural decoration across industrial and construction sectors. Available
varieties include round hole, square hole, slotted, hexagonal, and decorative
perforation patterns, manufactured in carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless
steel (304/316), aluminum, and other metal alloys. Standard sheets or custom-
cut panels are available with adjustable thickness, hole diameter, pitch, and

Hole Shape
Round Hole Perforated Sheet: Hole diameters range from 0.5–50 mm, with
straight or staggered pitch from 1.5–100 mm. Sheet thickness typically ranges
from 0.3–12 mm.
Square Hole Perforated Sheet: Square hole perforated sheets use uniform
apertures, generally 1–50 mm, arranged in straight-line patterns. Standard
sheet thickness ranges from 0.5–10 mm.
Slotted Perforated Sheet: Slotted perforated sheets are defined by slot width
and length, commonly 1–20 mm wide and 5–100 mm long. Sheet thickness
typically ranges from 0.8–12 mm.
Hexagonal Perforated Sheet: Hexagonal perforated sheets feature honeycomb-style
openings, usually 5–50 mm across flats. Typical thickness ranges from 0.6–6
mm.
Decorative Perforated Sheet: Decorative perforated sheets provide custom hole
shapes, sizes, and patterns. Hole dimensions, pitch, and sheet size are
customizable, with thickness typically 0.8–6 mm.
Material
Carbon Steel Perforated Sheet: used for screening, guarding, and mechanical
protection in dry indoor applications. Typical thickness ranges from 0.5–12
mm, hole diameters 1–50 mm, with standard sheet sizes 1000×2000 mm or
1220×2440 mm.
Galvanized Steel Perforated Sheet: suitable for outdoor and humid environments
requiring corrosion resistance. Thickness typically ranges from 0.6–10 mm,
hole sizes 2–40 mm, zinc coating 40–275 g/m², supplied in standard or custom
panels.
Stainless Steel Perforated Sheet (304/316): used in corrosive, hygienic, and
high-temperature environments. Common thickness ranges from 0.5–8 mm, hole
diameters 0.5–30 mm, with standard sheet sizes up to 1500×3000 mm.
Aluminum Perforated Sheet: offers lightweight strength and corrosion
resistance. Thickness usually ranges from 0.5–6 mm, hole sizes 1–40 mm, with
large-format sheets for ceilings, facades, and acoustic panels.
Copper Perforated Sheet: used for decorative architecture, EMI shielding, and
specialized filtration. Typical thickness ranges from 0.6–5 mm, hole diameters
1–25 mm, with custom patterns and panel sizes.
Alloy Perforated Sheet: used in demanding industrial environments requiring
high strength and heat resistance. Thickness typically ranges from 1–12 mm,
hole sizes 2–50 mm, with heavy-duty custom panels.
