Pipeline transfer circulation booster pump

pipeline pump is a centrifugal pump directly installed on the pipeline, with its
inlet and outlet aligned in the same straight line. It is used in series like a
valve and primarily serves to boost and transport liquids.
1.Pipeline pumps are single-suction single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal pumps
with vertical or horizontal configurations. They feature identical inlet and outlet
ports aligned on the same central axis, allowing direct flange connection and
installation in the pipeline without requiring additional suction piping.
2. Relationship with Centrifugal Pumps: The pipeline pump is a special type of
centrifugal pump, operating on the same principle (motor drives the impeller to
rotate and generate centrifugal force for pressurization). The difference lies in
its more compact structure, coaxial inlet and outlet design that eliminates the
need for a suction bend, and simpler pipeline layout.
Core working principle: The electric motor drives the pump shaft and impeller to
rotate at high speed. Liquid is drawn into the pump body and flows axially along
the impeller, where centrifugal force pushes the liquid toward the outlet,
increasing pressure to overcome pipeline resistance, enabling long-distance or
elevated transport
Type and application
Classification by conveyed medium:
ISG-type water pump: Suitable for conveying domestic water and circulating water at
normal temperatures, with a medium temperature range of -20°C to 80°C. Commonly
used in central air conditioning systems and factory circulating water systems.
Hot water pump (IRG type): Used for conveying boiler hot water and underfloor
heating circulation water, with a medium temperature range of 80°C to 140°C. The
pump body is equipped with heat dissipation fins, and the mechanical seal is
resistant to high temperatures.
Oil Pump (YG Type): Suitable for transporting gasoline, kerosene, and diesel with a
medium temperature range of -20°C to 120°C. Equipped with explosion-proof motors,
it is used in the petroleum industry and oil depot pressurization.
Chemical Pump (IHG Type): 316L stainless steel pump body, suitable for conveying
mild acid and alkali chemical media, corrosion-resistant.
Classified by installation form:
Vertical pipeline pump: The motor is vertically upward and occupies a small area.
It is installed on a horizontal pipeline and needs to be removed during
maintenance.
Horizontal pipeline pump: The motor is arranged horizontally for easy maintenance,
and the mechanical seal is easy to replace in the later stage. It occupies a large
area and is preferred for large power applications
Typical application scenarios: High rise building pressurized water supply, central
air conditioning cooling/chilled water circulation, boiler hot water circulation,
fire pressurization, industrial process liquid transportation, hotel and shopping
mall tap water pressurization.
