Polypropylene Liner Fabric’s plain wove both use high strength polypropylene
multifilament ,then singeing to clear away the batting and impurities of the
surface ,at last finalized the design by high temperature.
Polypropylene Liner Fabric is a high-strength liner fabric made from
polypropylene multifilament yarns woven in a plain style. The fabric undergoes
a singeing process to remove surface impurities and batting, followed by a
high-temperature finalization to enhance its properties. It offers benefits
such as low moisture absorption, high tenacity, good stiffness, excellent
insulation, and can be reused over 2800 times. This fabric is primarily used in
fabric calendaring, as well as in the production of carcasses and belts,
providing durability and performance in various industrial applications.
