PP polypropylene chemical pump anticorrosion

polypropylene pump is a corrosion-resistant industrial pump primarily made of
reinforced polypropylene (FRPP/CFR-PP), with core advantages including resistance
to acids and alkalis, no metal contact, and lightweight. It is widely used in
scenarios such as chemical processing, electroplating, and water treatment for
transporting corrosive liquids.
Pump Types:
Centrifugal Pump: Such as FP,FPD and FPG,FPL series, featuring a compact structure
with same inlet and outlet diameters, suitable for direct pipeline installation. It
offers a wide range of flow and head selection.
Self-Priming Pump: Such as FPZ series, equipped with an air-liquid separation
chamber in the pump chamber. After initial priming, it can automatically draw
liquid and continue operation with incoming liquid within 12-15 minutes of
interruption, eliminating the need for repeated priming.
Magnetic Pump: Utilizes a magnetic coupling for non-contact torque transmission,
converting dynamic sealing to static sealing, achieving leak-free operation, making
it suitable for conveying flammable, explosive, or valuable media.
Diaphragm Pump: Such as the QBY series, driven by compressed air, suitable for
high-viscosity liquids or media containing particles, with self-priming capability.
Pump advantages
Strong corrosion resistance: Capable of conveying corrosive liquids such as
hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and alkali solutions, with the medium not contact
with metal.
Lightweight Material: The reinforced polypropylene offers high mechanical strength,
weighing only about 1/4 that of metal pumps, making it easy to install and
maintain.
Temperature Range: The operating temperature typically ranges from -14°C to 80°C,
with some models capable of reaching -30°C to 110°C (reinforced polypropylene).
Sealing Performance: Mechanically sealed, with long life and minimal leakage. Some
magnetic pump structures can achieve zero leakage.
Application
Chemical Industry: Transporting corrosive liquids such as acid washing liquid,
alkaline liquid, and chemical raw materials.
Electroplating Industry: Electroplating wastewater treatment and plating solution
circulation.
Water Treatment: Environmental Wastes Management, Wastewater Treatment, and
