It is widely used in concrete structure and soil / rock retaining walls. post tensioning anchorages consist of wedge, anchor head, bearing plate and spiral reinforcement. Flat Anchor: The Flat Anchor accommodates a maximum of five strands in a single plane, allowing them to deviate into one oval duct. This design is primarily intended for use in thin structural members. It is commonly employed in the transverse post-tensioning of the top slab in box-girder bridges and prestressed flat slabs. The system connects strands that run through steel or flat corrugated galvanized steel ducts, which are manufactured in our facility. Each strand is individually stressed using a mono-strand jack.
