The whole core flame retardant conveyor belt is made of the whole belt core
impregnated by PVC impregnated paste plasticization or vulcanization, with
large strength, large volume, transport balance and other characteristics, and
the product has good flame retardant, antistatic, impact resistance, wear
resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties.
The whole core flame retardant conveyor belt is mainly used in underground coal
mine, but also for material transportation in metallurgical and chemical
industries.The belt features: no delamination, small elongation, impact
resistance, tear resistance.According g to the different knots can be divided
into PVC type (plastic surface), PVG type (on the basis of PVC with rubber
surface) whole core flame retardant tape.
PVC upper and lower covering layers shall be PVC cover adhesive, single side
adhesive ≥ 0.8mm, PVG upper and lower covering layers shall be both nitrile
butadiene rubber and PVC, and the single thickness shall be 1.5mm-4.5mm
