Fabric core conveyor belts

HENGTUO Fabric core conveyor belts can be divided into: cotton canvas (CC)
conveyor belts, nylon (NN) conveyor belts, and polyester (EP) conveyor belts
according to different skeleton layer materials.
Layered fabric core conveyor belts have different types according to the
properties of rubber, including ordinary type, heat-resistant type, high-
temperature-resistant type, burning-resistant type

Construction of Fabric core conveyor belts

The design of multi- ply fabric conveyor belt enables application in all areas
of material handing.t consists of rubber cover and core rubber.

Rubber cover is developed from blends of natural and synthetic rubber ,which is
designed to protect the carcass from abrasion, impact, water and other
injurious influences. It can be compounded to meet particular service
conditions such as abrasion resistant, oil resistant ,heat resistant, flame
resistant ,cold resistant , antic- -static and Chemical resistant etc.

Carcass consists of one or multiple plies of dipped synthetic reinforced fabric
based on EP(warp- -Polyester +weft- Polyamide), NN(Nylon- -Nylon) or CC
(Cotton-Cotton). It maintains the belt tension and supports the structure
strength,which undertakes almost all the load during the work.

Core rubber has good fabric adhesion properties,which makes the fabrics bond
tight.That can increase flex life and create a more elastic link, so that
fabrics flex without separation when belt under working.

Rip stop conveyor belt with steel layer embedded between the cover and the
carcass is designed to withstand the impact with sharp and extreme load
materials. The special characteristic ensures the belt' s resistance to
tearing.

(NN) conveyor belts, and polyester (EP) conveyor belts according to different
skeleton layer materials.
2.According to the properties: ordinary type, heat-resistant type, high-
temperature-resistant type, burning-resistant type
