Steel cord conveyor belts have proved to be a very reliable and cost-efficient
mode of bulk material handling in long distance conveyors. we provide
transverse reinforcementand, embedded sensor coil and normal type steel cord
belt conveyor belt.

Our steel cord conveyor belts are crafted with premium high-tensile steel cords
and a selection of cover grades to suit various industrial needs. A standard
construction with 7 x 7 hot-dip galvanized steel cords offers exceptional
tensile strength reaching up to 2,000 N/mm. For applications demanding even
greater strength, we provide a 7 x 19 configuration capable of withstanding up
to 10,000 N/mm.
The cords are designed with an elongation rate of 0.22 - 0.28%, ensuring high
structural integrity and pull-out strength. This contributes to superior
fatigue resistance. The open cross-lay cord structure, combined with a robust
chemical adhesive system, allows for thorough core rubber penetration, ensuring
a strong bond and long-lasting protection against corrosion.
 
Versatile Cover Grades
We offer a range of cover grades, all composed of top-tier rubber that exhibits
extreme resistance to abrasion, cutting, and impact, while also boasting
excellent resistance to aging. The choice of cover grade is application-
specific and significantly impacts the belt's service life. Selecting the
appropriate belt for your needs minimizes waste and supports your
sustainability goals.
 
Wear-Resistant Options
For heavy-duty conveying tasks involving bulky and sharp materials, such as
abrasive rocks, our belts are available in X, Y, W grades (and equivalents).
These high-quality cover grades provide optimal protection for the belt
carcass, ensuring extended service life.
 
Heat-Resistant Variants
We provide specialized grades for high-temperature applications, including T120
and T200, suitable for materials like clinker, coke, foundry sand, and slag.
These Conveyor belts are designed to handle continuous temperatures up to
190°C, with the ability to withstand brief temperature spikes of up to 200°C.
 
Flame-Resistant Compliance
Our belts are available in a flame-resistant grade K, compliant with ISO 340.
These belts are ideal for use in tunnel projects, although not recommended for
underground applications.
