Cold Resistant Conveyor Belt

We provide cold resistant conveyor belts, meticulously engineered with rubber
cover grades to ensure seamless operation in the harshest cold environments.
These belts are designed to maintain their integrity and performance in
temperatures as low as –40 to –60 degrees Celsius.
Cold resistant conveyor belt structure
EP rubber conveyor belt consists of upper cover rubber, carcass and lower cover
rubber.
The carcass of the conveyor belt consists of fabric and rubber layer. We
provide EP100, EP125, EP150, EP200, EP250 and other strength conveyor belt
fabrics. The carcass thickness and fabric layers are customized according to
the requirements of the conveyor belt.
 
Material of cold resistant conveyor belt
The Material of our cold resistant conveyor belts is Ep Nylon Cotton, those
fabric inside ensures the belts retain their exceptional strength, elasticity,
and impact resistance even in the most frigid conditions.

Two Types of Cold Resistant Conveyor Belts for option:
According to different cold resistance performance, it is divided into two
types: C1 and C2
C1: Operating temperature range: -45°C to +50°C.
C2: Operating temperature range: -60°C to +50°C.
