Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt

High temperatures are a real challenge for conveyor belts and can cause a lot
of damage. When it's hot, the rubber on the belt ages quickly, making it hard
and causing cracks. The heat also harms the main body of the belt because it
weakens the bond between the outer cover and the belt's core, as well as
between the layers of fabric inside the core. This can literally make the belt
fall apart, a problem we call "de-lamination." As the rubber gets harder and
less stretchy from the heat, its ability to stretch before breaking can drop by
up to 80%, which really hurts its strength and flexibility. Plus, its
resistance to wear can decrease by 40% or more. But, as the reference guide
shows, Hi hero heat-resistant belts are really good at handling heat, and they
last much longer than other belts out there.

Propylene Diene Monomer) or SBR (Styrene-Butadiene Rubber), both of which offer
excellent heat resistance and flexibility. For the reinforcing layer, high-
strength materials like polyester canvas or high-permeability fabric are
utilized, ensuring the belt maintains its structural integrity even under
extreme conditions.
These layers are seamlessly bonded together through high-temperature
vulcanization, a process that enhances the belt's overall strength, elasticity,
and longevity. This advanced manufacturing technique ensures the conveyor belt
can withstand demanding industrial environments, making it ideal for
applications in industries such as steel, cement, and chemical processing.
