PVC Sheet Extrusion Line
The PVC sheet extrusion production line of jwell company is divided into hard
sheet and plate, mainly as follows:
There are two kinds of PVC hard sheets: transparent hard sheet and opaque hard
sheet:
PVC transparent hard film: Medicine / gift / stationery packaging, led
diffusion plate;

PVC wood plastic board: decorative board, door board, widely used in
architectural decoration industry;

PVC imitation marble plate:
a. The plate surface is covered with imitation marble decorative film, or heat
transfer printing imitation marble and UV curing treatment, with good scratch
resistance and scratch resistance;

b. The plate has various colors and varieties, and the construction is
convenient;

c. It can replace marble and other natural stones in indoor wall decoration,
with good aging resistance, UV resistance, yellowing resistance, green
environmental protection, and no radiation.

PVC Sheet Extrusion Line Application
PVC sheet produced by PVC sheet extrusion machine in the production line can be
divided into soft PVC sheet and hard PVC sheet. Among them, hard PVC accounts
for about 2/3 of the market, and soft PVC accounts for 1/3. Soft PVC is
generally used for floor, ceiling, and leather surface. Hard PVC does not
contain softener, so it has good flexibility, easy to form, not easy to be
brittle, non-toxic, no pollution, and long storage time. It is used in building
materials, packaging, medicine, and many other industries. Among them, the
building materials industry accounts for the largest proportion, 60%, followed
by the packaging industry, and several other industries with small-scale
application.
