Pvdf Chemical Self Priming Pump

PF plastic chemical pump：

PF pump body, pump cover, impeller of plastic chemical pump(the wet parts which
contact with liquids)are made of polyvinylidene fluoride or reinforced
polypropylene by molding or injection processing.

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) plastics have high mechanical strength and good
corrosion resistance.

PF chemical pump can convey the acid at the temperature from - 50 ℃ to 80 ℃ with
various concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic
acid, phosphoric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid, hydrofluoric acid and alkali,
chemical medium, such as organic solvents, oxidant, alkali, chemical etc.

in fertilizer, dyestuff, reagent, pesticide, pharmaceutical, electroplating,
environmental protection and other industrial departments to transport corrosive
medium without particles as the energy-saving pump.

PF series chemical pumps have direct connection structure, which is connected by
the pump body and bracket with the motor flange, the bracket supports the pump
body, and the impeller is directly connected with the motor through the shaft.

The pumps have simple and compact structure, few parts, good performance.

The rotation direction of the pump is for clockwise rotation from suction inlet to
the motor, the pump outlet is vertical upward.

Pump seal adopts PTFE (F4) bellows mechanical seal with corrosion resistant.

The chemical pump can be made with self priming performance and the suction height
is up 4m.
