Open impeller Sewage centrifugal horizontal pump

PW, PWF type sewage pump is single stage, single suction, cantilever type
centrifugal sewage pump. The pump inlet is in the axial horizontal direction, and
the pump outlet can be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction as
required. It is mainly composed of pump cover, pump shell, impeller, shaft seal,
shaft, and bracket parts. The shaft seal adopts a novel double-end mechanical seal
structure. The pump and the motor are mounted on the common chassis by an elastic
coupling.

Open impeller

There are only two curved blades in the impeller, so the flow passage is wide and
can pass the general suspended particles. There are 4 auxiliary blades on the back
of the impeller to balance the axial thrust.

The pump body is made of high-quality cast iron and the medium temperature is not
more than 100℃.

PWF type corrosion-resistant sewage pump can transport acidic, alkaline or other
corrosive sewage, which is widely used in chemical, petroleum, light industry,
food, pharmaceutical, brewing, environmental protection and sewage treatment
industries. Pump body and the flow parts are made of 304 stainless steel. medium
temperature is not higher than 100℃.
