Qdyb Coolant Pump For Machine Tool

Coolant pump for small CNC machine tool / Vertical Submersible multistage
centrifugal pump QDYB series are multi-stage centrifugal pumps equipped with
standard motors.

Motor shaft and pump shaft are integrated and directly connected.

The pump can be equipped with intelligent protector as required to effectively
protect the pump from dry rotation, phase loss and overloading etc.

The filter hollow ring around the inlet section of the base can filter large
sundries.

The outlet section of cast iron is processed with black electrophoretic paint.

The pump is suitable for low viscosity, neutral, non-explosive liquids which does
not contain solid material or fiber.

the conveyed liquid should not be chemically corrosive to the pump material.

Temperature: -15 degree Celsius to 104 degree Celsius

Flow range: 1-7m3/h

The immersible depth of the pump can be customized according to the liquid depth of
the user's water tank.

Application:

The pump is used for conveying machine coolant, lubricating fluid, condensed water,
industrial cleaning equipment and other immersion occasions, such as electric
spark, chip removal machine, grinding machine, machining center, cooling device,
filtration system and so on
