Fiberglass immersible pump

There are two types for FRP submersible pump.

1 - WSY pump is vertical fiberglass vortex pump.

2 - FSY type pump is vertical fiberglass submersible centrifugal pump.

Because the pump is extended into the storage tank and the depth of the tank is
different, the design fluid depth is optional between 800mm and 3000mm.

As long as the liquid is higher than the pump body, the liquid can be started
without filling.

There are leakage holes under the flat cover plate, so that the liquid will not
leak out of the storage tank.

All the glass parts for fiberglass reinforced plastic pump which contact with the
medium are with polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber, high temperature
molding phenolic.

The connecting tube, fluid pipe are made of rolled semi dry process phenolic
fiberglass and the impeller shaft sleeve assembly all use phenolic daub and pump
shaft sticks into an organic whole.

The parts assembly under liquid are for phenolic daub binder.

Fiberglass plastic (no metal material) which contacts with the media has corrosion
performance and reliability.

The pump has light weight, high strength, non-deformation, temperature resistance,
corrosion resistance and other excellent properties, in the aspect of corrosion
protection can partially replace the molybdenum containing stainless steel,
titanium and titanium precious alloy metals.

Pump in the direction of transmission and rotation: the pump is driven directly by
a motor through a clawed elastic coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise from the
motor end.

Fiberglass reinforced plastic submerged pump is widely used in chemical,
petrochemical, refining, dyestuff, pesticide, pharmaceutical, rare earth,
fertilizer and other industries.

The pump is the ideal equipment used to convey all kinds of oxidizing acid
(hydrochloric acid, thin sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid) and
other corrosive medium.

The liquid is without suspended solid particles, not easy to crystallization and
the temperature is not higher than 100 ℃.
