Submersible sewage drainage pump auto coupling type

Submersible sewage pumps generally adopt automatic coupling (hereinafter referred
to as auto coupling) installation method. The auto coupling installation system
mainly consists of a quick interface, water drainage base, guide rail, guide rail
positioning bracket, etc. During installation, the pump body and quick interface
are tightly connected together by bolts. The water drainage base is first fixed in
the water tank by anchor bolts, and the quick interface drives the pump to slide
down along the guide rail. It is automatically coupled and installed with the water
drainage base through the auto coupling sealing surface. After installation, the
entire pump body and motor are connected together by the pump body outlet flange
and the quick interface inlet flange. There is a rubber sealing ring between the
outlet of the submersible sewage pump and the coupling interface of the auto
coupling base. The submersible sewage pump is suspended in the air through the auto
coupling system and the sealing ring is compressed by its own weight to ensure
reliable sealing between pipelines.

The main components of the WQ submersible sewage pump are the impeller, pump body,
and submersible motor. The water pump and motor are on the same shaft, and since
the water pump is located at the bottom of the entire sewage pump, it can maximize
the suction of excess sewage from the ground.

The WQ submersible sewage pump is suitable for conveying granular sewage and waste
in industries such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper industry,
cement plant, steel plant, power plant, coal processing industry, as well as urban
sewage treatment plant drainage system, municipal engineering, construction sites,
etc. It can also be used to pump clean water and corrosive media. Pump can be made
of cast iron or stainless steel material and equipped with high quality mechanical
seal.
