QD,QDN Portable stainless steel submersible pump

QDN single-phase built-in stainless steel submersible pumps, primarily made of 304
or 316L stainless steel. It has a compact size and excellent rust-resistant and
corrosion-resistant properties, commonly used for liquid transportation in
households and small-scale industrial fluids transportation /conveying.
Features:
1. Power supply type: QDN represents single-phase power (220V). The shaft seal
adopts a wear-resistant mechanical seal, suitable for full head operation. The
single-phase pump is equipped with an internally installed automatic thermal
overload protector. For three-phase power supplies, it is typically marked as QN
2. Structural Form: It is an internal-enclosed submersible pump, with the motor
stator winding using high-temperature hot water-resistant wires and the pump body
bearings designed for high temperatures, capable of pumping hot water below 100°C
Material Selection: The entire component is made of stainless steel casting. 304
material is suitable for media with a pH range of 4 to 10, while 316L material is
suitable for strong acid, alkali, or seawater environments with a pH range of 0 to
12.
Application:
Home Life: Suitable for household vehicle washing, garden irrigation, micro water
discharge, bathtub aeration and water supply, and water cycle delivery for garden
scenic spots.
Industrial field: Widely used for hygienic fluid transportation in industries such
as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals, as well as laboratory water sampling
Special Environments: Suitable for hot spring bathing, residential heating,
geothermal water extraction, and fountain engineering. Its corrosion-resistant
properties make it ideal for industries such as chemical processing, dyeing, and
electroplating
Remarks: This pump can not be used for operating flammable or other hazardous
liquids, and the submersion depth generally should not exceed 5 meters
