WQD-S Stainless steel submersible sewage pump

WQ(D)-S series fully stainless steel precision-cast sewage and sludge submersible
electric pumps feature： a unique single and dual flow channel impeller structure,
significantly enhancing the passage capability for debris.
Pump features:
oil chamber adopts a double mechanical seal with fluororubber, while the outer
chamber uses a single mechanical seal structure with fluororubber, effectively
reducing water ingress caused by friction between sediment and the shaft leading
to wear.
motor employs vacuum impregnation for F-class insulation and is equipped with a
thermal protection device, effectively extending the pump's service life.
pump casing is made of precision castings, featuring characteristics such as
lightweight, corrosion resistance, energy efficiency, aesthetically pleasing
appearance, hygiene, and environmental friendliness.
An overheat protector (<2.2kW) and a current protector (2.2~4kW) are installed
inside the electric pump to prevent motor overload and overheating.
Customized corrosion-resistant cables, PTFE mechanical seals, and hightemperature
motors (suitable for liquid temperatures ≤100°C) can be produced
according to special customer requirements.
