Razor Barbed Wire

steel core wire with sharp steel blades, commonly in BTO-10, BTO-22, BTO-30 and
CBT-65 types, coil diameters from 450 mm to 1,000 mm, and corrosion-resistant
zinc coatings for long outdoor service. Barbed wire is made from high-tensile
galvanized steel wire in 12-gauge to 16-gauge sizes, with barbs spaced at 3-
inch to 6-inch intervals, available in single strand or double strand
structures. Classifications include concertina razor wire, straight-line razor
tape, flat wrap razor coils, traditional barbed wire, and PVC-coated barbed
wire, suitable for borders, industrial facilities, farms, and military security
fencing.

Common Types
220 LF of 36" Diameter Stainless Steel Razor Wire: 220 linear feet of 36" (914
mm) stainless steel razor wire provides high-security perimeter protection with
corrosion-resistant blades. The 36" diameter concertina coils create dense
barrier coverage for industrial sites, borders, and military fencing with long
service life.
BTO-16 Concertina Razor Wire, 35 kg Coil, DX51D: BTO-16 concertina razor wire
uses DX51D galvanized blades around a high-tensile core, supplied in 35 kg
coils. Standard coil sizes range 450–700 mm diameter for fence tops, walls,
and perimeter barriers, offering sharp blade spacing and weather resistance.
CBT-65 Style 50' Roll of 30" Concertina Razor Wire: CBT-65 razor wire is
supplied in a 50' roll with 30" (762 mm) diameter coils, using long deep-cut
blades for high-risk sites. It provides compact expansion, aggressive blade
design, and is used on prisons, borders, and critical facilities.
Flat Wrap Coils Razor Wire: Flat wrap razor wire arranges 450–900 mm
concertina coils into a flat profile for tight spaces and clean wall mounting.
It clips into layered sheets, allowing installation on fences and gates while
maintaining high-tensile blades.
Razor Wire LF Quote, 36"–48" Diameter: Razor wire or concertina wire is quoted
per LF for 36"–48" diameters including 36" (914 mm), 42" (1067 mm), and 48"
(1219 mm). High-tensile galvanized or stainless steel cores with pressed blades
support fast installation for perimeter security.
